For parents of sons and daughters abroad
Your son or daughter moved abroad for studies or work, and now it is time to think about marriage. You want someone from a good family who understands both worlds. NeuMarry was built with parents in mind, so families stay involved without taking over.
What parents can do
- Create the profile. A parent or family member can sign up on behalf of a son or daughter, with their consent. Every profile shows who created it.
- Come to events. Family Mixers have parent tickets, a lounge for parents, and family tables at dinner.
- Suggest matches (coming soon). The Family Circle will let parents suggest profiles. Parents never chat as their son or daughter.
Why it is safer than forwarding biodatas
A biodata on WhatsApp can be fake, outdated or forwarded without permission. On NeuMarry every member uploads a government ID and takes a live selfie, and our team checks both. Photos stay hidden until both people accept, and phone numbers are never shown. Read how verification works.
The person is already abroad
NeuMarry members already live outside the country they grew up in, mostly in Canada to start. That means no one is looking for a visa through marriage, and your son or daughter can meet a match in person, in the same city, before families decide anything.
If you live in India
You can create and manage the profile from anywhere. Family video calls, where parents join from any country with a link, are coming to the app soon.
Questions
Does my son or daughter need to agree?
Yes. They must agree to the profile and complete the ID and selfie check themselves, on their own phone.
Can I chat with matches for them?
No. Parents can suggest profiles and meet other families at events, but only the member chats. This keeps everyone honest.
Is NeuMarry a marriage bureau?
No. NeuMarry is an app. We verify members, suggest matches and host events. Decisions belong to the two people and their families.
