Terms of Service
"We", "us" and "NeuMarry" mean Swapnil Dinesh Bhagat, who operates NeuMarry, until NeuCoNet Private Limited takes over the Service (section 20). "You" means the person using NeuMarry.
1. About these Terms
1.1 These Terms are a contract between you and NeuMarry. They apply to the NeuMarry apps for Android and iPhone, this website, events we host, and any related service (together, the "Service").
1.2 By ticking the boxes at sign-up and creating an account, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1.3 If you buy through Google Play or the App Store, that store's terms also apply to the purchase. If they conflict with these Terms on payment or refunds, the store's terms win for that purchase.
2. Who can join
2.1 You may use NeuMarry only if all of these are true:
- You are at least 18 years old, and at least the legal age to marry where you live and in your country of origin.
- You are legally free to marry: never married, divorced, widowed, or legally separated with divorce proceedings filed. You must state your marital status truthfully.
- You are joining to find a marriage partner, for yourself or, as a parent, sibling or relative with their consent, for a family member.
- You have not been convicted of a violent or sexual offence, and you are not required to register as a sex offender anywhere.
- You are not barred from using the Service under any law, and we have not previously removed your account.
2.2 NeuMarry is not a dating, hook-up or business networking service. Accounts used for those purposes will be removed.
2.3 Profiles created for someone else. A parent or relative may create and manage a profile for an adult family member only with that person's knowledge and consent. The person in the profile must complete identity verification themselves, and is responsible for the profile as if they had created it.
3. Your account and verification
3.1 One person, one account. You must use your real name, real photos of yourself, and true details about your age, height, marital status, religion, community, education, work, residency and roots.
3.2 Before you can send interests, chat or book events, you must upload a government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, permanent resident card or driving licence) and a live selfie, which our team compares with your ID and profile photos. We may also ask you to verify your phone number by a one-time code.
3.3 Verification confirms that a real person controls the account and that the photos match the ID shown. It does not confirm anything else about that person, such as their marital status, income, intentions or criminal record (see section 6).
3.4 We may ask you to verify again at any time, and may limit or suspend an account until it is verified. After your ID is approved, your name, date of birth and gender can only be changed by writing to us.
4. Signing in and keeping your account secure
4.1 You can sign in with Google or with your email and a password. A password must have at least 10 characters, with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol, and must not contain your email name.
4.2 Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because of our failure to protect it. Tell us at once at aimaster13679@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.
4.3 We will never ask for your password, or for a one-time code, by email, phone, chat or WhatsApp.
5. What NeuMarry does
5.1 NeuMarry is an introduction service. We:
- verify members as described in section 3;
- suggest matches using what members tell us about their roots, location, preferences and answers to our values questions, and show a match percentage;
- offer tools to send interests and chat inside the app, and, when they are available, video calls and family video calls; and
- host events where members, and family members with a ticket, can meet in person.
5.2 A match percentage is an estimate from the answers members give. It is not a prediction that a relationship or marriage will succeed.
6. What NeuMarry does not do, and where our responsibility ends
6.1 Our role ends at the introduction. Our responsibility is limited to suggesting matches and introducing members, through the app and at our events. Everything that happens after an introduction is between the members and their families, including: whether to keep talking, meeting outside our events, sharing contact details, family meetings, engagement, marriage, dowry or gift discussions (which we do not permit on the Service), money, travel, immigration matters and any dispute between members or families.
6.2 We do not run criminal background checks. We do not check criminal records in any country, and we do not verify marital status, divorce papers, income, education, employment, immigration status, health or family background. Verification of ID and selfie does not make any of these things true. Screening, even where it exists, cannot catch every risk.
6.3 You must make your own enquiries. Before any commitment, you and your family should independently confirm the other person's identity, marital status, background and intentions, in the way your family would for any proposal.
6.4 We are not a marriage bureau acting on your behalf, a marriage counsellor, an immigration adviser or a party to any agreement between members or families.
7. Safety
7.1 Read the Safety centre in the app. In short: keep conversations in the app until you trust the person; do a video call before meeting; meet in public places; tell someone where you are going; and arrange your own travel.
7.2 Never send money, gifts, cryptocurrency, gift cards or documents to anyone you meet through NeuMarry, and never help anyone with a visa, sponsorship or immigration application. Report anyone who asks.
7.3 If you are in danger, contact local emergency services first (911 in Canada and the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in India and the EU), then tell us.
8. Rules of conduct
You must not:
- Give false information, impersonate anyone, or use photos that are not of you.
- Ask any member for money, gifts, loans, investments, visa or sponsorship help, or promote any business, scheme or website.
- Ask for or discuss dowry.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, shame or abuse anyone, or send sexual content or requests.
- Discriminate against or demean anyone on the basis of caste, colour, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristic. Members may state preferences for a partner; they may not insult people who do not meet them.
- Share another member's photos, messages, contact details or personal information outside the Service without their consent.
- Record or screenshot video calls without the other person's consent.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated means, copy profiles, or try to get around hidden photos, paywalls, limits or security.
- Create an account after we have removed yours, or join while married or in a committed relationship.
- Break any law.
9. Your content
9.1 You own the photos, text and other content you add ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize and display your content to operate and improve the Service, for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable time after deletion to complete back-ups. We will not use your photos in advertising without asking you separately.
9.2 You confirm that you have the right to share your content and that it does not break these Terms or anyone else's rights.
9.3 Success stories you choose to share are used only as you agree in the app. We ask again before using any photo.
10. Reports, moderation and removal
10.1 Every profile can be reported or blocked from the app. A person reviews reports, normally within 24 hours.
10.2 We may review profiles and messages that are reported or flagged by automated safety checks, to protect members and enforce these Terms. Messages are not read for any other purpose. When a message mentions money, gift cards, money transfers or visa help, the app shows a safety warning and our team may review it. New photos, IDs and selfies are checked by our team before they count, and accounts that send too many interests or messages in a day are paused.
10.3 We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk, and may tell the police when we believe someone is in danger or the law requires it. Where it is safe and lawful, we tell you why and let you ask us to review the decision.
11. Free and Gold
11.1 Free. Creating a profile, verification, safety tools, seeing how many members fit your preferences and your match percentage with each, and chatting with members who have Gold after you both accept are free.
11.2 Gold is a paid subscription. It unlocks full profiles, names and photos (subject to each member's privacy settings), sending interests, chat, daily picks, who likes you, event guest lists and private browsing. The current features and prices are shown in the app before you pay.
| Plan | Canada price | Billed |
|---|---|---|
| Gold, 1 month | CA$49.99 | every month |
| Gold, 3 months | CA$119.99 | every 3 months |
| Gold, 6 months | CA$179.99 | every 6 months |
| Concierge (personal matchmaker) | CA$799 | once, for 3 months |
Prices in other countries are shown in local currency in the app. Taxes are added where the law requires.
11.3 Launch offer in Canada. The first 500 women in Canada whose ID is approved get 3 months of Gold at no charge. It needs no payment details, does not renew, and ends automatically. It cannot be combined with an invitation discount.
11.4 Test version. Before public launch, people testing the app may switch on Gold for free until the date shown in the app. Test Gold ends automatically.
12. Payment, renewal and cancellation
12.1 Gold bought in the app is sold and billed by Google Play or the App Store to the payment method on your store account.
12.2 Gold renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a store subscription.
12.3 After you cancel, Gold stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law or the store's policy requires it.
12.4 Refund requests for store purchases go to Google or Apple under their policies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. If you live in the EU or UK, you agree that Gold starts immediately and you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start using it.
12.5 We may change prices or features. A price change applies from your next renewal, and the store tells you in advance as its rules require. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal.
13. Invitations and partners
13.1 Personal invitations. Only members with active Gold and an approved ID get an invite code. Someone who joins with your code and has their ID approved gets 10% off their first Gold purchase and an "Invited by" badge for 30 days. Each time someone you invited buys Gold, you get a "Trusted member" badge and 10% off your next Gold renewal, up to 6 discounted renewals a year, while your Gold is active. Discounts are given through Google Play and the App Store, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with a partner code or the launch offer. We may cancel discounts gained through fake accounts or self-invitation.
13.2 Hosts and matrimonial bureaus who work with us agree to a separate partner agreement. Partners may invite people to join, but must never upload, sell or share other people's personal details with us or anyone else. Every member signs up and gives consent themselves. Partner codes give members no discount; partners are paid by NeuMarry under their agreement.
14. Events: booking and payment
14.1 Reserve free, pay when confirmed. Reserving a seat costs nothing. An event is confirmed when the number of reservations shown on the event is reached by its deadline. When it is confirmed, we notify you and you pay in the app within the time shown. Unpaid seats are released to other members.
14.2 If an event is not confirmed by its deadline, it is cancelled or moved, and nobody is charged.
14.3 What a ticket covers. Every in-person ticket is one all-inclusive price per person. A member ticket covers hosting, matching, seating, the conversation rounds and the event-menu meal (for Speed Rounds, a drink and small plates). A parent ticket covers the family area and the meal. The meal is always part of the ticket and cannot be removed; you choose which dish from the event menu. Drinks or food ordered beyond the event menu are paid to the venue directly.
14.4 Who sells what. The ticket share is sold by NeuMarry, or by the local business named at checkout as the seller for that city. The meal is sold and served by the partner restaurant, which is responsible for the food, allergen information, service and premises, and for the sales tax on the meal. You pay both in one payment in the app; our payment provider sends the meal share straight to the restaurant. In Toronto, prices are shown plus 13% HST. Nothing is paid at the venue for the event meal, and cash is not accepted for it. We never see your full card number.
14.5 Refunds. You get a full refund, meal included, if you cancel at least 48 hours before the event starts, or if we cancel or move the event and you cannot attend the new date. Within 48 hours of the event, the restaurant has prepared your meal, so cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Seats are personal and cannot be resold.
14.6 Prices by booking time. In-person events have three prices: early (reserved before the event is confirmed), regular, and the last 3 days before the event. The price shown when you reserve is the price you pay. Men and women pay the same.
14.7 Online events are sold through Google Play or the App Store, and refunds follow their policies. If you get no mutual pick at an in-person event, your next online event is free.
14.8 Each event has an age range and may be for one community or open to all communities. You may book only events you are eligible for. Guest lists and match percentages show only members who choose to appear on them.
15. At events
15.1 Every guest must show the photo ID used for verification at the door. Parents and relatives need a ticket in their own name.
15.2 Conversations take place at separate tables in one shared room, never in a private room. Follow your host's instructions.
15.3 You must not attend if you are unwell with something contagious, intoxicated, or barred from the Service. Hosts may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave who breaks these Terms or makes others feel unsafe, without refund.
15.4 Photos are taken only in the marked photo area and shared only with the consent of everyone in them.
15.5 Picks made after an event are private. Only mutual picks become matches.
15.6 You take part in events at your own risk, subject to section 17, and you are responsible for your own travel, belongings and conduct.
16. Disclaimers
16.1 We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, but "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that you will find a partner, that any member is who they say they are beyond the checks in section 3, or that the Service will always be available or free of errors.
16.2 We are not responsible for what members say or do, on or off the Service, or for the acts of venues or other third parties, except where the law makes us responsible.
17. Limits on our liability
17.1 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or opportunities, emotional distress, or any loss arising from a member's conduct, from a relationship or marriage, or from contact that takes place outside the Service.
17.2 To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) CA$100 or its equivalent.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
18. Your responsibility to us
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or of the law, or from content you post.
19. Ending your account
19.1 You can delete your account at any time in the app: Me, then Delete my account. See how account deletion works. Remember to cancel any store subscription separately (section 12.2).
19.2 We may suspend or close your account under section 10.3. If we close your account for reasons other than your breach, we refund any prepaid event tickets.
19.3 Sections 6, 9.1 (for the back-up period), 16, 17, 18, 21 and 22 continue after your account ends.
20. Changes to the Service and these Terms
20.1 We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law or our business, including when we transfer the Service to NeuCoNet Private Limited. We will tell you about important changes in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply, unless a change is needed sooner for safety or by law.
20.2 If you keep using the Service after a change applies, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, delete your account before then.
20.3 We may transfer these Terms and your account to a company that takes over the Service, including NeuCoNet Private Limited. Your rights under these Terms will not be reduced by the transfer.
21. Governing law and disputes
21.1 Please contact us first. Most problems are solved quickly by the Grievance Officer (section 22).
21.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or another place whose law gives you the right to rely on local consumer law or to bring a claim in your local courts, you keep that right.

23. Notices for specific places
- United States. NeuMarry does not conduct criminal background screenings of its members. Screenings, where they exist, are not foolproof, can give a false sense of security, cover only some public records and do not cover records from other countries. This notice is given under internet dating safety laws in states such as New Jersey.
- India. NeuMarry is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We confirm each member's intent to marry, verify identity, warn members about fraud and provide a Grievance Officer, in line with government guidance for matrimonial websites.
- Canada. We send marketing messages only with your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time. A French version of the app and these Terms will be available for members in Quebec.
- European Union and United Kingdom. You have the consumer rights given by the law of your country of residence, and section 21.2 does not take them away.
24. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
