Privacy and safety
Looking for a life partner means sharing a lot about yourself. On NeuMarry you decide who sees what, every member is a real, verified person, and safety features are always free.
Everyone is verified
- Every member checks a government ID and takes a live selfie before they can send interests or messages
- ID and selfie images are deleted within 30 days of the check; we keep only the result
- Our team reviews new photos before other members can see them

You decide who sees you

Your phone number, email, ID and exact location are never shown to anyone. Showing your religion and community is optional.
Block and report
- Block: open a profile, tap the three dots, then Block. They will not see you or contact you again
- Report: open the profile, tap the three dots, then Report. Every report is reviewed by a person within 24 hours
- If a message mentions money or visas, the app warns you right under it
Stay safe when you meet
- Never send money, gifts or visa help to anyone you meet here, and report anyone who asks
- Keep chats in the app until you trust the person
- Do a video call before meeting, and meet in a public place
- Tell a family member or friend where you are going
We verify identity, but we do not run criminal background checks. Decisions after an introduction belong to you and your family.
Your data
We never sell your data and the app shows no ads. You can see, correct or delete your data at any time. To delete your account in the app, open Me, then Delete my account. Read the full Privacy Policy and how to delete your account.
Questions
Can other members see my phone number?
No. Your phone number, email, ID and exact location are never shown to other members.
Do I have to pay for safety features?
No. Verification, blocking and reporting are free for every member.
Someone asked me for money. What should I do?
Do not send anything. Open their profile, tap the three dots, then Report. A person on our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
