Joining
Who can join NeuMarry?
Anyone 18 or older who lives away from the country they grew up in and is looking for marriage, from any country and community.
Is NeuMarry a dating app?
No. NeuMarry is a matrimony app for people who want to marry. Matching starts with nine questions about married life.
Which countries does NeuMarry work in?
The app works in every country. Family Mixer events start in Toronto in November 2026, and we open events in other cities when each has enough members.
Can I use NeuMarry on the website?
Yes. Open neumarry.com/app in any web browser, on your phone or computer, to create your profile, get verified, see your matches and chat. The Android app uses the same account.
Which languages is the app in?
The app is in English and French.
Can my parents create my profile?
Yes. A parent or family member can create a profile for a son or daughter, and every profile shows who created it. Parents cannot message anyone as you.

Is NeuMarry free?
Joining is free: create your profile, get verified, see how many people fit what you are looking for and your match % with each, and reply when a Gold member writes to you.
What does Gold cost?
In Canada, CA$49.99 for 1 month, CA$119.99 for 3 months or CA$179.99 for 6 months. Prices in other countries are shown in the app in your local currency before you pay.
Can I cancel Gold?
Yes, at any time. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel NeuMarry Gold. You keep Gold until the end of the period you paid for.

Matching
How is my match % worked out?
Values 55% (nine questions about married life), lifestyle 15%, your age and height preferences 10%, where you live 10%, and roots 10%. Up to three reasons show next to every match %.
Do I have to match within my community?
No. You choose which communities you are open to, or leave it open to everyone.

Privacy and safety
How do you stop fake profiles?
Every member verifies a government ID and a live selfie before they can send interests or messages, and every report is reviewed by a person.
Who sees my photos and details?
Only verified members. Photos stay hidden and only your first name and last initial show until you both accept. Your phone number, email, ID and exact location are never shown.
How do I block or report someone?
Open their profile, tap the three dots, then Block or Report. A person on our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Me, then Delete my account. You can also follow the steps on our delete account page.

Events
What is a Family Mixer?
A small hosted dinner where verified members meet at their own table, and parents can come with their own ticket. The first one is on Saturday 28 November 2026 in Toronto.
What if an event does not fill?
Nobody pays. Reserving in the app is free, and we ask for payment only after enough people reserve to confirm the event.
